A sub-sample of lentil seeds was kept as control or high quality seed lot (V1 with %99 viability) and two other sub-samples with about 15% moisture content were artificially aged at 40°C for 18 and 22 days (V2with %90 and V3 with %80 viability, respectively). So, three seed lots with different levels of deterioration and quality were provided. Laboratory tests were carried out as CRD to determine electrical conductivity of seed leachatesand germination percentage. However, the field experiment was arranged as split-plot based on RCB design with three replications. Irrigation treatments (I1, I2, I3 and I4 : irrigation after 70, 100, 130 and 160 mm evaporation from class A pan, respectively) and seed lots (V1, V2 and V3) were allocated to main and sub-plots, respectively. The results showed that electrical conductivity of seed leachates increased, but percentages of germination and emergence decreased with increasing seed deterioration. Days to flowering, plant height and number of branches per plantwere decreased as water supply reduced.Plants from vigorous seed lot (V1) were higher than thosefromlow quality seeds, but plants from low vigor seeds (V3) had more branches, due to low density. Plants from high quality seed lotproduced the highest grain yield per unit area. Therefore, it was concluded that cultivation of high quality seeds (V1)can increase lentil yield by improving seedling establishment.}, keywords = {Electrical conductivity,Grain Yield,Lentil,Seed quality}, title_fa = {اثرات کیفیت بذر و کمبود آب بر عملکرد عدس (Lens culinaris Medik)}, abstract_fa = {چکیده اثر کیفیت بذر روی عملکرد مزرعه‌ای عدس تحت تیمار‌های مختلف آبیاری در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تبریز مورد تحقیق قرار گرفت. یک نمونه بذری از عدس به عنوان شاهد یا توده بذری با کیفیت بالا (1V با 99% قوه زیست) نگهداری گردید و دو نمونه دیگر با محتوای رطوبت 15 درصد به مدت‌های 18 و 22 روز در دمای 40 درجه سانتی‌گراد به صورت مصنوعی فرسوده شدند(به ترتیب 2V با 90% و3Vبا 80% قوه زیست). بدین ترتیب سه توده بذری با درجات فرسودگی و کیفیت متفاوت فراهم گردید. آزمون‌های آزمایشگاهی برای تعیین هدایت الکتریکی مواد نشتی و درصد جوانه‌زنی بذرها به‌صورت طرح کاملا تصادفی انجام گرفت.اما، آزمایش مزرعه‌ای به‌صورت اسپلیت پلات بر پایه بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار اجرا شد. تیمارهای آبیاری (1I، 2I، 3I، 4I : به ترتیب آبیاری بعد از 70، 100، 130 و 160 میلی‌متر تبخیر از تشتک تبخیر کلاس A) و توده‌های بذری (1V، 2V و 3V) به ترتیب در کرت‌های اصلی و فرعی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که با افزایش فرسودگی بذر هدایت الکتریکی مواد نشتی از بذر افزایش و درصد جوانه‌زنی و درصد سبز شدن کاهش می‌یابند. روز تا گلدهی،ارتفاع بوته و تعداد شاخه فرعی با کاهش تأمین آب، کاهش یافتند. گیاهان حاصل از توده بذری قوی (1V) بلندتر از توده‌های بذری با کیفیت پایین بودند، اما گیاهان حاصل از توده بذری ضعیف (3V) به علت تراکم پایین، تعداد شاخه فرعی بیشتری داشتند. گیاهان حاصل از توده بذری با کیفیت بالا بیشترین دانه در واحد سطح را تولید کردند.بنابراین نتیجه‌گیری شده است که کاشت بذرهای با کیفیت بالا می‌تواند عملکرد مزرعه‌ای عدس را از طریق بهبود استقرار گیاهچه افزایش دهد.}, keywords_fa = {عدس,عملکرد دانه,کیفیت بذر,هدایت الکتریکی}, url = {https://sustainagriculture.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_1464.html}, eprint = {https://sustainagriculture.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_1464_92b5aa90aaa010175f7efcbb46f6356c.pdf} }
