It's not only used forever, but also it's occupied more suburb arable land of mushroom production units. Hence, to study the effects of washed and unwashed SMC on growth and flowering of cut "Hanza" stock flowers, an experiment was conducted based on completely randomized design with 5 replications in Mohaghegh Ardabili University. Treatments was various ratio of washed and unwashed SMC (0, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 %). Traits were measured at four times during plant growth cycle. The results of variance analysis revealed that treatments significantly (P≤0.05) affected leaf number, chlorophyll content and plant height. In final measurement, plants treated by washed SMC at rates 30% significantly produced the highest plant leaf number(53.8) and height (25 cm) and chlorophyll content (51.11 ). Plans fast flowered in all treatments compared to control. The highest florescence maximum (Fm) and florescence variable (Fv) were found in plants treated by washed SMC at rates 20%. The highest photochemical quantum yield (Fv/Fm) was found in plants treated with washed SMC at rates 10, 20 and 40%. Plants treated with washed SMC produced the highest stomata conductivity (95.28 mmol/m2s) which significantly differed with other treatments and control.  }, keywords = {Florescence Maximum,Florescence Variable,Growth,Photochemical Quantum Yield,Spent Mushroom Compost,Stock}, title_fa = {تاثیر ترکیب‌های مختلف بستری با پسماند کمپوست قارچ (SMC) بر شاخص‌های رشدی و گلدهی شب‌بوی بنفش بریدنی رقم "Hanza"}, abstract_fa = {چکیده سالانه هزاران تن پسماند کمپوست قارچ خوراکی (SMC) در واحدهای تولید و پرورش قارچ خوراکی کشور تولید میشود که نه تنها بدون استفاده باقی میماند، بلکه فضای بسیار زیادی از زمینهای زراعی اطراف این واحدها را اشغال میکند. به منظور بررسی تاثیر SMC بر رشد و گلدهی گل شب بو، آزمایشی به صورت طرح کاملا تصادفی با 5 تکرار در دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی صورت گرفت. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل نسبتهای مختلف SMC به دو صورت شسته شده و شسته نشده هر کدام در 6 سطح 0 (شاهد)، 10، 20، 30، 40 و 50 درصد حجمی بود. اندازهگیری شاخصهای رشد چهار مرتبه در طول دوره رشد گیاه انجام گرفت. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه واریانس تعداد برگ گیاه، میزان کلروفیل وارتفاع گیاه در سطح احتمال 5 درصد اختلاف معنی داری را نشان داد. در آخرین مرتبه اندازهگیری تیمار 30 درصد شسته شده بیشترین تعداد برگ و ارتفاع گیاه (به ترتیب با 80/53 عدد و cm 25) و تیمار 50 درصد شسته شده بیشترین کلروفیل (11/51) را به خود اختصاص داد. گلدهی گیاهان به نحو قابل توجهی در سایر تیمارها نسبت به شاهد تسریع گردید. همچنین بیشترین میزان فلورسانس حداکثر (Fm) و فلورسانس متغییر (Fv) در تیمار 20 درصد شسته شده بدست آمد. بیشترین میزان عملکرد کوانتومی فتوشیمیایی (Fv/Fm) در تیمار های 10، 20 و 40 درصد شسته شده به دست آمد. علاوه بر این بیشترین میزان هدایت روزنهای اندازهگیری شده ( mmol/m2.s28/95) در تیمار 20 درصد شسته نشده به دست آمد که اختلاف معنی داری را با سایر تیمارها و شاهد نشان داد.  }, keywords_fa = {پسماند کمپوست قارچ خوراکی,رشد,شب بو,عملکرد کوانتومی فتوشیمیایی,فلورسانس ماکزیمم,فلورسانس متغیر}, url = {https://sustainagriculture.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_3314.html}, eprint = {https://sustainagriculture.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_3314_34e750c65e900cb324d9f093d752a927.pdf} }
