Phytoavailability of Fe depends on the relative distribution of different chemical Fe forms in soil, which is function of soil properties. In this greenhouse research, total Fe fractionated into different forms by sequential extraction procedure was studied in 21 soil samples that varied in physical and chemical properties. According to the results, different Fe fractions concentration were as: Residual iron (Fe-Res)> iron associated with the crystalline iron oxides (Fe-CFeOX)> iron associated with the amorphous iron oxides (Fe-AFeOX)> manganese- oxide- associated Fe (Fe- MnOX)> organic matter-associated Fe (Fe-OM)> exchangeable iron (Fe-Ex) ≥ carbonates-bound iron (Fe-Car).  Fe-Ex, Fe-OM, Fe-AFeOX, Fe-CFeOX, Fe-Res and available iron (Fe-DTPA) had a significant relationship with corn shoot and root dry matter, active iron content, chlorophyll index and shoot iron uptake. Correlation coefficient showed that the Fe-Ex, Fe-AFeOX and Fe-Res had a close and significant relationship with all measured agronomical traits of corn. It is concluded that, these forms of iron are probably the source of available iron for corn in studied soils.    }, keywords = {Chemical Forms of Iron,Concentration,Corn,Iron Uptake,Sequential extraction}, title_fa = {بررسی برخی صفات زراعی ذرت (Zea mays L.) متاثر از شکل‌های آهن در خاک‌های استان آذربایجان شرقی}, abstract_fa = {         آهن یکی از مهمترین عناصر کم مصرف برای گیاهان است و قابلیت دسترسی آن در خاکهای آهکی کم میباشد. قابلیت دسترسی آهن برای گیاه به توزیع نسبی شکل‌های مختلف شیمیایی آن در خاک بستگی دارد که البته تابعی از ویژگی‌های خاک است. در این پژوهش گلخانه‌ای به منظور جزءبندی آهن کل به شکل‌های مختلف آهن به روش عصاره‌گیری دنباله‌ای از 21 نمونه خاک با ویژگی‌های فیزیکی و شیمیایی متنوع، استفاده شد. بر طبق نتایج حاصله غلظت شکلهای مختلف آهن به‌ترتیب آهن باقیمانده (Fe-Res) > آهن پیوسته به اکسیدهای آهن بلوری (Fe-CFeOX) > آهن پیوسته به اکسیدهای آهن بی شکل (Fe-AFeOX) > آهن پیوسته به اکسیدهای منگنز (Fe-MnOX) > آهن پیوسته به مواد آلی (Fe-OM) > آهن تبادلی (Fe-Ex) ≥  آهن کربناتی (Fe-Car) بود. شکلهای Fe-Ex، Fe-OM، Fe-CFeOX، Fe-AFeOX، Fe-Res و آهن قابل جذب (Fe-DTPA) رابطه معنی داری با ماده خشک بخش هوایی و ریشه ذرت، آهن فعال، شاخص کلروفیل و جذب آهن توسط بخش هوایی ذرت داشتند. مطالعات همبستگی نشان داد که شکل تبادلی آهن، پیوسته به اکسیدهای آهن بیشکل و آهن باقیمانده رابطه معنی داری با تمام صفات زراعی اندازه‌گیری شده در بخش هوایی ذرت داشتند که این امر نشان میدهد احتمالاً این شکلها منبع آهن قابل جذب ذرت در خاکهای مورد مطالعه در شرایط گلخانهای  بودند.  }, keywords_fa = {جذب آهن,ذرت,شکلهای شیمیایی,عصاره گیری دنباله ای,غلظت}, url = {https://sustainagriculture.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_4725.html}, eprint = {https://sustainagriculture.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_4725_e0d481b216f55a687575ae95bee58cf6.pdf} }
