اثر کودهای سبز و کود شیمیایی نیتروژنی بر رشد اولیه، عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد گندم
(Triticum aestivum L.)
چکیده به منظور بررسی اثر کودهای سبز مختلف و مقادیر کود شیمیایی نیتروژن بر خصوصیات رشد رویشی، عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد دانه گندم، آزمایشی در سال زراعی90-1389 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز انجام شد. آزمایش بهصورت کرتهای یک بار خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار بود. فاکتور اصلی شامل مقادیر کود نیتروژن (اوره) (صفر، 50، 100 و 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و فاکتور فرعی شامل کودهای سبز (شاهد یا عدم کاربرد کودسبز، ارزن، سسبانیا، آمارانت، لوبیا چشمبلبلی و ماش) بود. این آزمایش در دو مرحله اجرا شد. ابتدا کاشت و برگرداندن کودهای سبز به خاک و پس از آن کاشت گندم بود. نتایج نشان داد که هردو عامل کودسبز و کود نیتروژن بر رشد اولیه گیاهچههای گندم مؤثر بودند. اثر کودهای سبز بر وزن خشک و شاخص سطح برگ گیاهچههای گندم در مقادیر کم نیتروژن بطور معنیداری بیشتر از سطوح بالای نیتروژن بود. کاربرد 100 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار همراه با کودسبز لوبیا چشمبلبلی بیشترین وزن خشک و شاخص سطح برگ گیاهچههای گندم را دارا بود. کاربرد کودسبز اثر معنیداری بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد دانه در کلیه سطوح نیتروژن مصرفی داشت. از دیدگاه اکولوژیکی، بهترین عملکرد و درصد پروتئین دانه در شرایط کاربرد 50 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار همراه با کاربرد کودهای سبز بقولات بویژه ماش و لوبیا چشمبلبلی بدست آمد. بنابراین با توجه به اینکه مقدار کود توصیه شده در این منطقه 100 کیلوگرم در هکتار است، لذا با کاربرد کودهای سبز بقولات همچون ماش و لوبیا چشمبلبلی به همراه مصرف 50 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار، علاوه بر دست یابی به عملکرد مطلوب کمی و کیفی، مصرف کود شیمیایی نیتروژنی نیز بطور قابل ملاحظهای کاهش یافت.

بررسی اثر کودهای زیستی و نیتروژنی بر عملکرد و برخی از صفات مورفولوژیکی دو رقم جو بهاره در شرایط دیم
چکیده
به منظور بررسی اثر کودهای زیستی و نیتروژنی بر عملکرد و صفات مورفولوژیکی جو بهاری در شرایط دیم، آزمایشی در سال 1389 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکدهی کشاورزی دانشگاه تبریز بصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام گرفت. فاکتور اول دو رقم بومیالوار و سهند جو دیم و فاکتور دوم سطوح کودی شاهد، فسفاته بارور2، نیتراژین، 60 کیلوگرم اوره(100 درصد کودشیمیایی توصیهای)، نیتراژین + فسفاته بارور2، 30 کیلوگرم اوره(نصف کو شیمیایی توصیهای) + فسفاته بارور2 و نیتراژین + فسفاته بارور2 + 20 کیلوگرم اوره(3/1 مقدار توصیه ای) بود. میانگین ارتفاع بوته در رقم سهند 23 درصد بیشتر از رقم بومی بود. بیشترین ارتفاع بوته در رقم سهند با مصرف 50% اوره+ فسفاته بارور 2 و 100% اوره و کمترین ارتفاع بوته در رقم بومی الوار به همراه شاهد و مصرف فسفاته بارور 2 به دست آمد. با مصرف فسفاته بارور 2 به همراه نصف دز توصیه شده اوره، طول سنبله نسبت به دیگر تیمارها برتری یافت. در حالت کاربرد این تیمار کودی طول سنبله نسبت به شاهد 11 درصد بیشتر بود. اثر کود بر عملکرد کاه و عملکرد بیولوژیکی و اثر کود و رقم بر عملکرد دانه معنیدار بود، میانگین عملکرد دانه در رقم سهند 18 درصد بیشتر از رقم بومی بود. بیشترین عملکرد دانه در تیمار کودی مصرف 60 کیلوگرم اوره بدست آمد. بیشترین عملکرد کاه با مصرف 60 کیلوگرم اوره و کمترین آن در شاهد بدست آمد. با مصرف اوره عملکرد بیولوژیکی از 2/3 تن در شاهد به 2/5 تن در هکتار رسید. اثر رقم بر شاخص برداشت نیز معنی دار بود. بیشترین شاخص برداشت در رقم سهند به دست آمد. در حالت کلی، هرچند کاربرد کود شیمیایی نیتروژنی در مقدار توصیه شده میتواند بر عملکرد و برخی صفات مرفولوژیک جو اثر مثبت و معنیداری داشته باشد ولی چنانچه کودهای زیستی به صورت مخلوط با مقادیر کم کودهای شیمیایی مصرف شوند در دراز مدت میتوانند اثرات مثبت و مناسبی در عملکرد جو و سلامتی انسان داشته باشند.

پتانسیل ترسیب کربن در اراضی زراعی گندم دیم منطقه کیاسر
چکیده کربن مهمترین عنصر گازهای گلخانهای محسوب میشود که در دهههای اخیر افزایش مقدار آن در اتمسفر سبب گرم شدن هوای کره زمین شده است. فرآیند ترسیب کربن در زیتوده گیاهی و خاکهایی که تحت تأثیر این زیتوده هستند، سادهترین و ارزانترین راهکار ممکن برای کاهش سطح این گاز اتمسفری است. از آنجا که زمینهای زراعی سطح زیادی از مساحت کشورها از جمله ایران را شامل میشود، این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی توان ترسیب کربن گندم دیم (Triticum aestivum) در منطقه نیمه خشک کیاسر انجام شده است. نمونهبرداری از پوشش گیاهی و خاک به روش تصادفی سیستماتیک در قالب 30 پلات 5/0 متر مربعی و در طول 3 ترانسکت 100 متری صورت گرفت. به منظور بررسی میزان کربن بیوماس هوایی و زیرزمینی اقدام به نمونهبرداری کامل از بیوماس اندام هوایی و زیرزمینی گردید. برای مطالعه ترسیب کربن خاک نیز در پای نمونههای گیاهی اقدام به حفر پروفیلهایی به عمق 30 سانتیمتر در امتداد هر ترانسکت شد. ضریب تبدیل ترسیب کربن هر یک از اندامهای چهارگانه گیاهی (سنبله، ساقه، برگ، ریشه) به صورت جداگانه توسط روش احتراق تعیین شد. در نمونههای خاک نیز میزان کربن آلی با روش والکی بلک تعیین گردید. نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که میزان ترسیب کربن در اندامهای مختلف تفاوت معنیداری در سطح احتمال 5 درصد داشته و سنبلهها بیشترین و ریشهها کمترین توان ترسیب کربن را داشتند. همچنین میزان ترسیب کربن در زیتوده گیاهی 884/1 تن در هکتار و در خاک آن332/16 تن در هکتار میباشد که توانایی این گیاه را در ترسیب کربن و کاهش گازهای گلخانهای در منطقه مورد مطالعه نشان میدهد. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق حاضر و سطح زیر کشت گندم در کشور این گیاه با توان ترسیب کربن بالا میتواند نقش موثری در کاهش گازهای گلخانهای ایفاء کند.

تعیین دوره بحرانی کنترل علف¬های هرز در پیاز رقم قرمز آذر شهر
چکیده
به منظور تعیین دوره بحرانی کنترل علفهای هرز در پیاز خوراکی رقم قرمز آذر شهر آزمایشی در سال زراعی 90-89 در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با دو فاکتور و سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تبریز اجرا شد. فاکتور اول شامل دوره آلودگی به علفهای هرز در شش سطح صفر، 20، 40، 60، 80 و 100 روز پس از سبز شدن پیاز و فاکتور دوم شامل دوره فقدان علفهای هرز در شش سطح صفر، 20، 40، 60، 80 و 100 روز پس از سبز شدن پیاز بودند. نتایج نشان داد که بین دورههای مختلف آلوده به علفهای هرز، برای بیوماس علفهای هرز تفاوت معنیداری وجود دارد. با افزایش دوره آلودگی، بیوماس علفهای هرز بیشتر شد. همچنین، بیوماس علفهای هرز با افزایش دوره فقدان کاهش یافت. برای تعیین زمان آغاز و پایان دورۀ بحرانی کنترل علفهای هرز به ترتیب از توابع غیر خطی لجستیک و گامپرتز استفاده شد. بر اساس مدلهای گامپرتز و لجستیک و با در نظر گرفتن 5/2، 5 و 10 درصد افت قابل قبول، محدوده دوره بحرانی برای عملکرد سوخ پیاز خوراکی به ترتیب 1/2 تا 1/87، 5/4 تا 9/80 و 5/8 تا 4/73 روز پس از سبز شدن پیاز و برای بیوماس پیاز به ترتیب 1 تا 2/97، 2/2 تا 8/90 و 9/4 تا 8/81 روز پس از سبز شدن پیاز بدست آمد. افزایش طول دوره تداخل علفهای هرز، منجر به کاهش عملکرد سوخ و بیوماس پیاز شد، در حالیکه افزایش طول دوره کنترل، منجر به افزایش آنها گردید. بنابراین جهت جلوگیری از افت عملکرد و بیوماس پیاز بیشتر از 5/2، 5 و 10 درصد، کنترل علفهای هرز در محدودۀ دوره بحرانی ضروری میباشد.

شناسایی و طبقهبندی سامانههای اگروفارستری موجود در استان فارس (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان کازرون)
افزایش جمعیت و توسعه سطح اراضی زراعی از طریق قطع جنگلها، نیاز به حداکثر استفاده از زمین و بذل توجه به کشاورزی پایدار را ملزم ساخته است. اگروفارستری میتواند به عنوان یک راهکار مدیریتی چند منظوره در اطراف جنگلها به خصوص جنگلهای زاگرس، علاوه بر کاهش فشار انسانی بر این جنگلها، منجر به افزایش بهرهوری زمین در راستای توسعه پایدار گردد. به همین علت این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی سامانههای اگروفارستری موجود در استان فارس انجام شد. ابتدا به جمعآوری اطلاعات مقدماتی پرداخته شد. سپس اطلاعات مختلف شامل گونهها و عناصر مختلف در اگروفارستری به دست آمده و ثبت محدوده سامانههای اگروفارستری از طریق سامانه موقعیت یابی جهانی (GPS) صورت پذیرفت. پس از آن اطلاعات جمع آوری شده با سامانه های تعریف شده در منابع مقایسه گشته و در نهایت به طبقه بندی سامانهها و بررسی مشکلات پرداخته شد. در این تحقیق از طبقه بندی نایر (1987) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان دادند که با تغییر اقلیم کارکرد پایه ها، نوع گونه ها وشیوه مدیریت به وضوح تغییر میکنند. هفت سامانه در کازرون شناسایی گشت که به طور کلی جنگلداری-مرتعداری-کشاورزی و جنگلداری-کشاورزی بودند. با وجود نتایج حاصل، اگروفارستری به عنوان یکی از کارآمدترین راهکارها برای مدیریت چند منظوره اراضی شناخته شد. کاشت گونه های بومی مثمر متناسب با سامانه در هر اقلیم، تغییر کارکردها و اصلاح سامانهها در هر پایه بر اساس اقلیم، انتخاب صحیح مولفهها و نظارتهای دولتی در پایش فعالیت کشاورزان و حمایت در بهینه سازی سامانههای اگروفارستری پیشنهاد گردید.

با توجه به نامناسب بودن پراکندگی زمانی و مکانی ریزشهای جوی در ایران و پایین بودن راندمان آبیاری در کشاورزی، آب به عنوان محدود کنندهترین عامل تولید در کشاورزی مطرح میباشد. به علت گستردگی پهنهی مرزی کشورمان و تنوع اقلیمی مناطق گوناگون، رسیدن به الگوی کشت مناسب که از آن بتوان حداکثر بهرهبرداری را از عوامل ونهادههای تولید بهویژه عامل محدود کنندهی آب بهدست آورد ضرورتی انکار ناپذیر است. دشت دهگلان دارای 802 حلقه چاه عمیق و نیمه عمیق میباشد که با مشکل افت سطح آب زیرزمینی روبهرو بوده است. استفاده بیرویه از منابع آب و خشکسالی سالهای اخیر، شرکت آب منطقهای استان کردستان را برآن داشته است که جهت حفظ منابع آبی، محدودیتهایی برای جلوگیری از اضافه برداشت آب چاهها اعمال نماید. مدل موتاد- هدف، حالتی از برنامهریزی ریاضی است که ریسک را وارد تصمیم گیریهای مربوط به برنامهریزی برای فعالیتهای مزرعه میکند. ویژگی اصلی این مدل آن است که ریسک به وسیلة انحراف منفی از یک مقدار بازده (درآمدناخالص)، به صورت مجموع حاصلضرب بازدهیهای انتظاری فعالیتهای جداگانه محاسبه میشود. در این مطالعه، به تجزیه تحلیل الگوی کشت بهینه در شرایط ریسک و در نظر گرفتن محدودیت اعمالی شرکت آب منطقهای کردستان، در سال زراعی 88-1387 پرداخته شده است. نتایج حاصل نشان داد در صورتی که زارع از الگوی کشت بهینه در زمان اعمال محدودیت آب استفاده کند در حداکثر ریسک تنها 2000 هزار ریال نسبت به حالتی که محدودیت آب اعمال نشده است، زیان خواهد دید.

پیش بینی الگوی توزیع مکانی جمعیت علف هرز تلخه (Acroptilon repens L.) با استفاده از
مدل شبکه عصبی مصنوعی بردار چندی ساز یادگیر (LVQ)
پیشرفتهای اخیر در کشاورزی دقیق سبب شده است تا مدل های قابل انعطاف مختلفی جهت پیش بینی، طبقهبندی و تهیه نقشههای دقیق از جمعیت علفهای هرز به منظور کنترل متناسب بامکان آنها ارائه شود. این پژوهش به منظور پیش بینی الگوی پراکنش جمعیت علف هرز تلخه با استفاده از شبکه عصبی بردار چندی ساز یادگیر(LVQNN) در سطح مزرعه انجام شد. داده های مربوط به تراکم جمعیت علف هرز تلخه از طریق نمونه برداری بر روی یک شبکه علامت گذاری شده مربعی به ابعاد 2×2 متر ودرمجموع از 550 نقطه از سطح مزرعه در حال آیش در شهرستان شاهرود واقع در استان سمنان در سال 1389 بدست آمد. برای ارزیابی قابلیت شبکه عصبی LVQدر پیش بینی توزیع مکانی علف هرز از مقایسه آماری پارامترهایی مانند میانگین، واریانس، توزیع آماری و رابطه رگرسیونی بین مقادیر پیش بینی شده مکانی توسط شبکه عصبی و مقادیر واقعی آنها و نیز معیار دقت کلاس بندی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که در فاز آموزش، آزمایش و کل، به ترتیب مقادیر 7/0 ≤p ، 8/0 ≤p و 000/1 =p بدست آمد، که نشان دهنده عدم وجود تفاوت معنی داری در سطح 5 درصد بین مقادیر ویژگی های آماری (میانگین، واریانس و توزیع آماری) مجموعه داده های پیش بینی شده مکانی علف هرز و مقادیر واقعی آنها بود. به عبارتی شبکه عصبی مصنوعی به خوبی توانست مدل داده های مکانی علف هرز را بیاموزد. نتایج نشان داد که شبکه عصبی آموزش دیده، دارای قابلیت بالایی در پیش بینی مکانی علف هرز در نقاط نمونه برداری نشده با دقت تشخیص کمتر از 7/2 درصد بود. شبکه عصبی توانست پس از کلاس بندی، نقشه توزیع مکانی علف هرز تلخه را در تمام نقاط سطح مزرعه ترسیم نماید. نقشه حاصل از کلاسبندی نشان داد که علف هرز تلخه دارای توزیع لکه ای است و لذا امکان کنترل متناسب با مکان آن در مزرعه مورد مطالعه وجود دارد.

اثر کشت مخلوط و کود دامی بر رشد، عملکرد و غلظت پروتئین ذرت، لوبیا و گاودانه
برای بررسی اثر کشت مخلوط و کود دامی بر ویژگیهای رشد، عملکرد و غلظت پروتئین خام ذرت رقم سینگلکراس 704 (Zea mays L.)، گاودانه (Vicia erviliaL.) و لوبیا چیتی رقم تلاش (Vicia faba L.)، آزمایشی در سال زراعی 1389 بهصورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی خلعتپوشان دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تبریز در شرایط مزرعهای انجام شد. فاکتورها شامل نوع کشت در سطوح تککشتی لوبیا چیتی، تککشتی گاودانه، تککشتی ذرت، کشت مخلوط ذرت با لوبیا چیتی و کشت مخلوط ذرت با گاودانه و کود دامی در سطوح 0، 30 و 60 تن در هکتار بودند. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد کود دامی وزن خشک علوفه، غلظت پروتئین خام و ارتفاع ذرت را افزایش داد ولی تأثیری بر تعداد برگ در بوته ذرت نداشت. کشت مخلوط ذرت با لوبیا و گاودانه سبب کاهش ارتفاع و عملکرد علوفه خشک ذرت در مقایسه با تککشتی آن شد. کشت مخلوط ذرت با لوبیا و گاودانه باعث افزایش غلظت پروتئین خام ذرت گردید. کشت مخلوط ذرت با لوبیا عملکرد بیولوژیکی و دانه لوبیا را کاهش داد ولی بر تعداد دانه در نیام و وزن صد دانه لوبیا تأثیری نداشت. کشت مخلوط ذرت و لوبیا، پروتئین خام دانه لوبیا را افزایش داد. کاربرد کود دامی عملکرد بیولوژیکی، عملکرد دانه، تعداد دانه در نیام، وزن صد دانه و پروتئین خام دانه لوبیا را افزایش داد. کشت مخلوط ذرت با گاودانه عملکرد بیولوژیکی، عملکرد دانه، تعداد ساقه فرعی و تعداد دانه در بوته گاودانه را کاهش داد. کاربرد کود دامی و کشت مخلوط ذرت و گاودانه شاخص برداشت، تعداد نیام در بوته، وزن هزار دانه و غلظت پروتئین خام در شاخساره و دانه گاودانه را افزایش داد. نسبت برابری زمین در تیمارهای کشت مخلوط بیشتر از یک بود که نشانگر سودمندی نسبی کشت مخلوط نسبت به تککشتی بود. بهطور کلی، برای افزایش کمیت و کیفیت علوفه، کشت مخلوط ذرت با لوبیا و کاربرد 60 تن کود دامی در هکتار در منطقه مورد مطالعه و شرایط مشابه میتواند توصیه شود.

مطالعهی پایداری بوم شناختی نظام زراعی گندم در شهرستان تربت جام
این تحقیق به منظور تدوین شاخصی برای کمی کردن میزان پایداری بوم شناختی نظام کشاورزی گندم در شهرستان تربت جام در سال 1389 انجام شد. اطلاعات مربوط به این نظام کشاورزی شامل سنجههای اجتماعی-اقتصای، کود و مواد شیمیایی، تولید محصولات زراعی و دامی، مدیریت بقایای گیاهی، آب و آبیاری، تنوع گونهای کشاورزی، شخم و مکانیزاسیون و مدیریت علفهای هرز بود. میانگین امتیاز شاخص پایداری در این نظام 5/62 بود. در میان سنجههای مورد مطالعه، تولید محصولات دامی، مدیریت علفهای هرز، مدیریت بقایای گیاهی و تنوع گونهای کشاورزی به ترتیب با 88/0 ، 64/2، 92/3 و 6/44 درصد، پایین ترین امتیاز را داشتند. نتایج رگرسیون گام به گام پس رونده نشان داد که مهم ترین عوامل تعیین کننده شاخص پایداری در این نظام زراعی، عملکرد گندم، سطح زیر کشت گندم، درآمد زراعی، دسترسی به نهادهها، دسترسی به وام، تنوع آفت کشهای شیمیایی، تنوع گونهای زراعی و دسترسی به کارشناسان و مروجان بوده است. بررسی نقاط بحرانی این نظام نشان داد که برای بهبود پایداری آن،آموزش کشاورزان، اصلاح مدیریت تولید محصول، مدیریت منابع آب و کمک به ثبات اقتصادی کشاورزان از اولویت برخوردار هستند.

اثرات آللوپاتیک عصاره آبی تاج خروس ریشه قرمز(Amaranthus retroflexus L.)
بر عملکرد و اجزاء عملکرد لوبیا
به منظور ارزیابی عکسالعمل لوبیا به اثرات آللوپاتیک عصاره آبی اندام هوایی تاج خروس ریشه قرمز، آزمایشی در گلخانه تحقیقاتی دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تبریز در سال 1389 اجرا شد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل و بر پایه بلوک های کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار اجرا شد. فاکتورها شامل سه رقم لوبیا (خمین، گلی و پاک) و عصاره آبی اندامهای هوایی تاج خروس ریشه قرمز در غلظت های صفر (شاهد آب مقطر)، 5، 10، 15 و 20 درصد حجمی بودند. اثر تیمار عصاره آبی بر ارتفاع بوته، تعداد برگ در بوته و شاخص کلروفیل برگ لوبیا معنیدار شد. کاربرد عصاره آبی تاج خروس باعث کاهش تعداد برگ در بوته، ارتفاع بوته و شاخص کلروفیل برگ لوبیا شد ولی اختلاف معنی داری بین درصدهای مختلف عصاره وجود نداشت. همچنین، صفات تعداد دانه در بوته، وزن صد دانه، عملکرد بیولوژیک و عملکرد دانه لوبیا تحت تاثیر تیمار عصاره آبی قرار گرفتند. غلظت های مختلف عصاره آبی از نظر تعداد دانه در بوته اختلاف معنی داری باهم نداشتند. افزایش غلظت عصاره آبی باعث کاهش معنی دار وزن صد دانه لوبیا شد، به طوریکه کمترین وزن صد دانه مربوط به غلظت20 درصد عصاره آبی بود. افزایش غلظت عصاره تا 10 درصد باعث کاهش معنی دار عمکلرد دانه و بیولوژیک لوبیا شد ولی افزایش آن تا غلظت 20 درصد تاثیر معنی داری بر این صفات نداشت. تاثیر عصاره آبی تاج خروس بر کاهش عملکرد دانه ارقام لوبیا بیشتر به وسیله کاهش در وزن دانه اعمال گردید. در بین ارقام لوبیا رقم گلی بیشترین تعداد برگ در بوته و ارتفاع بوته را داشت. رقم محلی خمین بیشترین عملکرد بیولوژیک و دانه را در بین ارقام داشت و ارقام گلی و پاک از این نظر اختلاف معنیداری باهم نداشتند.
