Tested factors consisted of three wheat cultivars (Zagros, Kohdasht and  an indigenous cultivar ), sowing date (29^th Nov and 14^th Dec) and <em>Azospirillum</em> (inoculated and non-inoculated). The experiment carried out in Abdanan, located in the south of Ilam Province, Iran, during 2018-19 growth season.   <strong>Results: </strong>Grain yield, yield attributes and harvest index responses of three wheat cultivars to <em>Azospirillum</em> inoculation were found to be various and were affected by the type of wheat species and sowing date. Among three types of wheat cultivars tested in this experiment Zagros, sowing on 29^th Nov,  gave the best grain yield response (2763 kg.ha^-1) to <em>Azopirillum</em> inoculation as compared to the two other wheat types. Response of the indigenous wheat to <em>Azospirillum</em> was found to be negative. Delayed wheat sowing resulted in reduction grain yield of three wheat cultivars and this reduction was not offset by <em>Azospirillum</em>. Indigenous cultivar on 14^th Dec produced higher grain yield.    <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Overall, based on the obtained results from this study it can be concluded that positive response to plant growth promoting bacteria is depend on the plant species and may be affected by the sowing date.       <strong> </strong> <strong>اهداف: </strong>بررسی پاسخ عملکرد دانه سه رقم گندم به دو تاریخ کاشت و باکتری <em>آزوسپیریلوم</em> تحت شرایط مزرعه­ای و دیم اهداف این پوهش را تشکیل می دادند.   <strong>مواد و روش­ها:</strong> آزمایش صورت طرح آزمایشی فاکتوریل بر پایه بلوک­های  کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در اراضی کشاورزی دیم شهرستان آبدانان در سال زراعی  1398-1397 اجرا گردید. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل رقم گندم (زاگرس، کوهدشت و رقم محلی)، تاریخ کاشت (8 و 23 آذرماه) و باکتری <em>آزوسپیریلوم</em> (کاربرد و عدم کاربرد) بودند.   <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> پاسخ  عملکرد دانه و برخی اجزاء تشکیل دهنده عملکرد گندم به باکتری <em>آزوسپیریلوم</em>  تحت تاثیر نوع گندم و تاریخ کاشت متفاوت بود. در حالیکه پاسخ عملکرد دانه و تعداد سنبله در واحد سطح دو رقم زاگرس و کوهدشت و در تاریخ کاشت اول به تلقیح با باکتری <em>آزوسپیریلوم</em> مثبت بود اما پاسخ رقم محلی منفی بود. تاخیر در کاشت موجب کاهش 32 درصدی عملکرد دانه گردید وکاربرد باکتری تحت چنین شرایطی (تاخیر در کشت) در هیچ کدام از سه رقم گندم موجب بهبود در عملکرد دانه نگردید. همچنین نتایج نشان دهنده برتری عملکرد دو رقم زاگرس و محلی نسبت به رقم کوهدشت در تاریخ کاشت اول بودند. رقم محلی در تاریخ کاشت دوم از عملکرد بالاتری برخوردار بود. <strong> </strong> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>بر اساس نتایج حاصل شده از این آزمایش استفاده از باکتری محرک رشد می­تواند تحت تاثیر نوع رقم و تاریخ کاشت گندم متفاوت باشد. با تاخیر در کشت پاسخ عملکرد رقم محلی نسبت به دو رقم دیگر برتری داشت.   https://sustainagriculture.tabrizu.ac.ir/article_12813_8fc1001d28f11a1caf1e36ec85b09128.pdf
