		<Abstract>Abstract 
In recent years, the production and application of biofertilizers have been increased. So the main goal of this experiment was the comparison of the common biofertilizers in Iran. Accordingly, in order to investigate the effects of four biofertilizers including Nitroxin, Super nitro plus, Biosuper phosphate and Barvar2 on shoot fresh and dry weight, fresh and dry weight of root, total fresh and dry weight, and other parameters such as concentrations of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and iron in corn (variety Single Cross 704), a pot experiment in greenhouse condition was conducted in completely randomized design with four replications. Treatments included control (non-inoculation), Nitroxin, Super nitro plus, Biosuper phosphate and Barvar2. Seed inoculation with the biofertilizer was done according to the manufacturer&#039;s recommendations. Pots were irrigated with distilled water at 0.8 FC. Results showed that inoculation of corn with biofertilizers had significant effect on chlorophyll index, nitrogen and potassium concentration of shoot, shoot uptake of nitrogen and potassium, and moreover iron concentrations of root, and Biosuper phosphate and Barvar2  caused an increase in shoot nitrogen concentration and content while Super nitro plus and Biosuper phosphate had highest increase in potassium concentration and content of shoot. No one of biofertilizers could significantly increase chlorophyll index and Fe concentration of root in comparison with non-inoculated.</Abstract>
