[English]

The results showed that seed inoculation with growth promoting bacteria had a significant effect on growth indicators, yield and yield components. Based on the results of seed inoculation with Azotobacter and Pseudomonas, the weight of 1,000 seeds increased in the second year (4.2%) compared to non-inoculation conditions. The highest rice harvest index in the first year (45.84) and second year (51.50) and the total conversion efficiency (98%) were obtained under the fertilizer level of 30 tons of animal manure along with 50 and 75 kg of phosphate and nitrogen fertilizers, which is a significant difference. With a fertilizer level of 15 tons of animal manure, 50 and 75 kg of phosphate and nitrogen fertilizers were not available. Inoculation with Azotobacter and Pseudomonas bacteria, especially simultaneous inoculation with them, improved the harvest index (8.8% and 20.1%, respectively) in both years and the total conversion efficiency (6.4%) compared to non-inoculation conditions. From the qualitative point of view, the rice of the mentioned variety had amylose and gelatinization level in all investigated treatments. It seems that in order to increase the quantity and quality of rice and reduce the adverse effects of chemical fertilizers on the environment, it is possible to suggest a fertilizer level of 15 tons of animal manure along with 50 kg of phosphate fertilizer and 75 kg of nitrogen fertilizer along with the inoculation of rice seeds with two bacteria Azotobacter and Pseudomonas.
