تاثیر غلظت های مختلف باکتری باسیلوس سوبتیلیس بر خصوصیات گل و بنه در دو اکوتیپ زعفران

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به منظور مطالعه اثر غلظت‌های مختلف باکتری Bacillus subtilis بر صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیکی گل و بنه در دو اکوتیپ زعفران به منظور تعیین غلظت مناسب باکتری، در شرایط آب و هوایی زنجان انجام گرفت.
آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه زنجان انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایش : پنج سطح از غلظت‌های مختلف باکتری (صفر، 102، 105، 106، 108) و عامل دوم :دو اکوتیپ (نطنز و زنجان) در نظر گرفته شد.
غلظت‌های مختلف باکتری روی تمامی صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیکی اندازه‌گیری شده اثر معنی‌داری را نشان داد. اثر اصلی اکوتیپ نیز تاثیر معنی‌داری بر روی صفات در سطح یک و پنج درصد از خود نشان داد. براساس نتایج تجزیه واریانس اثر متقابل دو جانبه (سال × اکوتیپ، اکوتیپ × باکتری) و اثر متقابل سه جانبه (باکتری × سا ل × اکوتیپ) بر روی عملکرد گل و میزان فسفر برگ گیاه زعفران معنی‌دار شد. در بین اکوتیپ‌ها نیز، اکوتیپ نطنز در صفات وزن تر و خشک بنه مادری و قطر آن (به ترتیب 29/16، 99/10 گرم و 71/19 میلی‌متر) میزان بیشتری را نسبت به اکوتیپ زنجان نشان داد.
با توجه به اثرات باکتری باسیلوس سوبتیلیس روی اکوتیپ‌های زعفران می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که اکوتیپ‌های زعفران با توجه به تفاوت‌ها و خصوصیات رشدی مختلفی که دارند واکنش‌های متفاوتی نیز به کود زیستی نشان دادند. با توجه به نتایج، بیشترین تاثیر باکتری باسیلوس سوبتیلیس بر روی صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیکی، در غلظت 108 نمود پیدا کرد.

Aims: The present study was conducted to study the effect of different concentrations of Bacillus subtilis on morphophysiological traits of flowers and coriander in two saffron ecotypes in order to determine the appropriate concentration of bacteria.
Materials and Methods: A factorial experiment was conducted in a randomized complete block design with three replications in the research farm of Zanjan University. Experimental treatments: the first factor of five levels of different concentrations of bacteria(zero, 102, 105, 106, 108 ) and the second factor consisting of two ecotypes (Natanz, Zanjan) were considered.
Results: Different concentrations of bacteria showed a significant effect on all morphophysiological traits measured. The main effect of ecotype also showed a significant effect on the traits at the level of one and five percent, except for the fresh weight traits of stigma, chlorophyll. Based on the results of analysis of variance, bilateral interaction (year × ecotype, ecotype × bacterium) and tripartite interaction (bacterium × year × ecotype) on flower yield and phosphorus content of saffron leaves were significant. Among the ecotypes, Natanz ecotype showed more than Zanjan ecotype in fresh and dry weight of pistachio and its diameter (16.29, 10.99 g and 19.71 mm, respectively).
Conclusion: Considering the effects of Bacillus subtilis on saffron ecotypes, it can be concluded that saffron ecotypes showed different reactions to biofertilizer due to their differences and different growth characteristics. According to the results, the greatest effect of Bacillus subtilis on morphophysiological traits was observed at a concentration of 108 cfu / ml.
