عوامل موثر بر رفتار زیست محیطی کشاورزان (مطالعه موردی شبکه آبیاری و زهکشی دشت گلفرج شهرستان جلفا)

چکیده

جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه بهره‌برداران شبکه آبیاری و زهکشی دشت گلفرج شهرستان جلفا با 1417 نفر بهره بردار می‌باشد که از طریق فرمول کوکران محاسبه شده و از طریق نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای و انتساب متناسب تعداد 302 بهره‌بردار انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها در این مرحله پرسشنامه بود. به منظور محاسبه پایایی آن 30 پرسشنامه تکمیل شده و مقدار آلفای کرونباخ 84/0 بدست آمد که نشان دهنده پایایی قابل قبول پرسشنامه بود.
نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که بین رفتار زیست محیطی کشاورزان با سابقه کشاورزی، تعداد اعضای خانوار، میزان اراضی آبی، میزان درآمد کشاورزی، نگرش، همگرایی، کنترل رفتاری ادراک شده و قصد و نیت رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری در سطح یک درصد وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج حاصل از رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که عوامل نگرش، نیت، همگرایی و کنترل رفتاری ادراک شده حدود 65 درصد از تغییرات متغیر وابسته را تبیین می کنند.
نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد عوامل موثر بر رفتار زیست‌محیطی کشاورزان نیت، نگرش زیست محیطی، کنترل رفتاری درک شده و همگرایی می‌باشد. لذا فراهم کردن شرایط و امکانات تاثیرگذار بررفتار از قبیل تهیه و تدوین بسته‌های آموزشی محیط‌زیستی جهت توانمندسازی کشاورزان، ساخت برنامه‌های تلویزیونی برای آشنایی با معضلات زیست‌محیطی، تدوین سیاست‌های حمایتی مرتبط با حفاظت از محیط‌زیست، واگذاری اختیارات به جوامع محلی از طریق ایجاد و تقویت سازمانها و نهادهای محلی فعال در زمینه کشاورزی و محیط‌زیست موجب بهبود مشارکت کشاورزان در مورد موضوعات و مسائل زیست‌محیطی گردیده و می‌تواند بستر مناسب تری را برای انجام رفتار زیست‌محیطی کشاورزان فراهم نماید.

چکیده [English]

The statistical population of this study includes all operators of irrigation and drainage network of Golfaraj plain of Jolfa city with 1417 operators who were calculated through Cochran's formula and 302 operators were selected through stratified sampling and proportional assignment.The data collection tool at this stage was a questionnaire.In order to calculate its reliability, 30 questionnaires were completed and Cronbach's alpha value was 0.84, which indicates the acceptable reliability of the questionnaire.The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between farmers' environmental behavior and agricultural history, number of household members, amount of irrigated land, agricultural income, attitude, convergence, perceived behavioral control and intention at the level of one percent. The results of multiple regression also showed that the factors of attitude, intention, convergence and perceived behavioral control explain about 65% of the changes in the dependent variable.The results show that the factors affecting the environmental behavior of farmers are intention, environmental attitude, perceived behavioral control and convergence.Therefore, providing effective conditions and facilities for behavior, such as preparing and compiling environmental education packages to empower farmers, making TV programs to get acquainted with environmental problems, and developing supportive policies related to environmental protection. Delegating authority to local communities by creating and strengthening local organizations and institutions active in the field of agriculture and the environment improves farmers' participation in environmental issues and can provide a more appropriate platform for environmental behavior of farmers.
