تاثیر کاربرد خاکی کود آلی و محلول‌پاشی اسید سالسیلیک عصاره جلبک دریایی (Ascophyllum nodosum) بر رشد و عملکرد دو توده کدوی بومی (Cucurbita pepo)

چکیده

یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از بررسی انجام شده نشان داد که ارتفاع گیاه، سطح برگ، تعداد برگ، تعداد کل گل، تعداد میوه، محتوای فسفر و محتوای پتاسیم تحت تاثیر تیمارهای کاربرد خاکی کودهای آلی و محلول‌پاشی با عصاره جلبک قرار گرفت. وزن‌تر و خشک بوته، تعداد کل گل و تعداد میوه تشکیل شده تحت تاثیر اثر مستقل کود و اثرات متقابل دوجانبه سال و توده بومی قرار گرفت. وزن بوته تحت تاثیر کاربرد کودهای آلی با محلول‌پاشی مارمارین و اسید سالسیلیک قرار گرفت. تیمار کاربرد ورمی‌کمپوست با محلول‌پاشی مارمارین موجب افزایش 29 درصدی وزن خشک بوته شد. عملکرد گیاه تحت تاثیر اثرات متقابل دو جانبه سال در رقم، سال در کود، رقم در کود و اثر مستقل کود قرار گرفت. براساس نتایج حاصل تیمار کاربرد کود دامی با محلول‌پاشی مارمارین موجب افزایش 64 درصد عملکرد گیاه نسبت به تیمار شاهد شد. تیمار کاربر کود دامی همراه با مارمارین در سال دوم کشت در توده تبریز موجب افزایش 22 درصدی وزن خشک میوه نسبت به تیمار شاهد در همین گروه شد. کاربرد خاکی کودهای آلی با محلولپاشی مارمارین و کاربرد خاکی کود دامی با محلول‌پاشی اسیدسالیسیلیک موجب افزایش محتوای کلروفیل a و b در گیاه شد. محتوای کلروفیل a تحت تاثیر سال نیز قرار گرفت و بیشترین محتوای آن در سال دوم مشاهده شد.
نتیجه‌گیری کلی: در کل چنین پیشنهاد می‌شود که کاربرد کودهای آلی به‌همراه محلول‌پاشی با عصاره جلبک موجب بهبود پاسخ‌های رشدی و عملکرد دو توده بومی کدو شد.

Materials and Methods: To evaluate the effects of organic fertilizer (control, 30 ton/ha cow manure and 15 ton/ha vermicompost) and foliar treatment (control, 50 mgL-1 Salicylic acid (SA), 2CC/Litter alge extract) on the growth and productivity of two native (Tabriz and Esfahan) pumpkin clone, a factorial experiment as randomized complete block design with 3 replications was conducted during the 2018- 2019 under field condition.
Results: The reults showed that plant heights, leaf area, leaves number, total flower number, fruit number, P and K content were effected by the organic feartilizers, and foliar spray with algal extract. P content was affected by the plant clone and the higher amount was belonged to Tabriz. The freash and dry weight plants, total flower number and fruit number affected by the individual effects of organic fertilizer and interactions of year × plant clone. Plant weight was influenced by organic fertilizer × marmarin and SA spray. The yield was impacted by the interactions of year × clone, year ×fertilizer, clone × fertilizer and the individual effects of organic fertilizer. Soil based organic fertilizer with foliar used marmarin and the organic fertilizer × SA increased chlorophyll a and b content. Chlorophyll a content was affected by the year as well as the second year had the more data. Silisium content was responsive to the sole effects of organic fertilizer interaction of clone × organic fertilizer.
