کاربست تئوری تجزیه رفتار برنامه ریزی شده در پذیرش کشاورزی ارگانیک

چکیده

کشاورزی ارگانیک یک سیستم مدیریتی جامع است و هم­اینک در 172 کشور این نوع کشاورزی پذیرفته شده و محصولات ارگانیک تولید می­شود. تحقیق حاضر از نوع کاربردی بود و به روش توصیفی- همبستگی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل 616 کشاورزان دهستان دیزجرود غربی شهرستان عجب شیر بود که به روش نمونه­گیری چند مرحله­ای با انتساب متناسب، 237 نفر با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­های حاصل از پرسشنامه محقق ساخت بر اساس مدل مفهومی و رگرسیون چندگانه نشان­داد که اثر متغیرها در پذیرش کشت ارگانیک بر اساس آماره بتا به ترتیب شامل کنترل رفتاری درک شده (499/0)، شرایط تسهیل تکنولوژی (390/0)، تاثیر اطرافیان (319/0)، هنجارهای ذهنی (312/.)، ادراک از سودمندی (284/0) و نگرش (183/0) است. پیشنهاد می­شود با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل فرآیند نسبت به سهولت عملیات و فعالیت­های مرتبط با کشت ارگانیک اقدامات لازم معمول گردد. همچنین دسترسی به کلیه مواد و نهاده­های لازم برای پذیرش کشت ارگانیک شرط اجتناب ناپذیر می­باشد که باید در اسرع وقت پیش بینی و تامین شوند.

چکیده [English]

     Organic farming is a comprehensive management system. Now, this kind of farming has accepted in 172 country and organic products are produced. Present research was applied type and one with correlational- descriptive method. Statistical population includes 616 farmers of Dizajrod-e-Gharbi of Ajabshir County that finally chose 237 as sample size by using Cochran formula and multi stage appropriate classified sampling method. Analyzing data from a research-made questionnaire according to conceptual model and multiple regression revealed that effective variables on adoption of organic farming based on β statistics respectively includes: perceived behavior control (0.499), technology facilitating condition (0.390), peer influence (0.319), subjective norm (0.312), perceived usefulness (0.284), and attitude (0.183). Suggestions; necessary measures about ease of operation and actions related to organic cultivation be applied with use of Process analysis technique. Also, access to the necessary materials and inputs for adoption of organic cultivation is an indispensable condition that must be anticipated and provided as soon as possible.
